Welcome to ExpanGo! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, customers, and users of our website and services. Please read them carefully.
Services Overview
ExpanGo provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, SEO, PPC campaigns, content creation, and lead generation. By engaging our services, you agree to provide us with the necessary information and cooperate fully throughout the campaign.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of any marketing campaign, clients are required to:
Provide Accurate Information: Clients must provide all necessary business details, data, and materials in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow Guidelines: Clients must follow ExpanGo’s recommendations, strategies, and suggestions to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Engage Regularly: Clients must communicate and coordinate with ExpanGo regularly. Any delays or lack of communication may affect the progress and outcome of the campaign.
Payment Terms
All services are billed as per the agreement signed between ExpanGo and the client.
Invoices are due for payment as outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding amount is cleared.
In the event of termination of services by the client before the campaign duration is completed, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined separately. Please refer to the ExpanGo Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility for refunds and the conditions under which they are provided.
Performance and Results
Digital marketing is a long-term strategy, and while ExpanGo aims to deliver measurable results, clients must understand that:
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, as results depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
Performance improvements typically begin to show after at least 3 months of consistent effort. Clients must commit to the agreed timeline to see the benefits of our services.
Any expectations of instant results within the first 1-2 months are unreasonable and will not be entertained.
Non-Cooperation Clause
ExpanGo reserves the right to terminate any contract if a client:
Fails to follow our suggestions or guidelines,
Does not provide necessary information or materials on a regular basis,
Refuses to coordinate with ExpanGo in good faith.
In such cases, any remaining balance, as outlined in our Refund Policy, will be refunded, and services will be terminated.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by ExpanGo during a project, including but not limited to content, designs, strategies, and reports, remain the intellectual property of ExpanGo until full payment has been received. After payment, ownership of the materials is transferred to the client.
Clients are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reselling ExpanGo’s proprietary strategies, tools, or content without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, strategies, data, and materials exchanged during the project. ExpanGo will not share client data with third parties without prior consent, except where necessary to perform services (e.g., working with third-party vendors).
Limitation of Liability
ExpanGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the client to ExpanGo during the 3 months before the claim.
Termination of Services
Both ExpanGo and the client have the right to terminate services at any time with reasonable notice. If the client chooses to terminate services prematurely, they will not be entitled to a refund except under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy. ExpanGo may terminate services due to client non-cooperation, breach of contract, or non-payment.
Third-Party Services
In the course of providing our services, ExpanGo may work with third-party service providers (e.g., advertising platforms, and SEO tools). While we aim to ensure the quality of these services, we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or results of third-party platforms or services.
Modifications to Terms
ExpanGo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any updates.
