At ExpanGo, we value our clients and strive to deliver results through our digital marketing services. We believe in transparency and accountability, and this refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best possible results from our services, it is essential for clients to actively engage with us and follow our guidelines. This includes:
Following Our Suggestions: Clients must adhere to the strategies and recommendations provided by ExpanGo.
Cooperation: Clients are expected to coordinate with us, provide necessary information, and engage in a timely manner throughout the duration of the campaign.
Daily Communication: Clients are required to share relevant business information and updates on a regular basis. Failure to do so may hinder campaign effectiveness.
Non-Cooperation & Refunds
If a client:
Fails to follow our suggested strategies and guidelines,
Is uncooperative or delays coordination,
Fails to provide required information daily,
We reserve the right to terminate the contract and refund the remaining balance of the paid amount, excluding the portion already used for services rendered. ExpanGo does not work with businesses that are unwilling to comply with our recommendations, as it affects the overall outcome of the campaign.
Digital Marketing Performance Timeline
Digital marketing takes time to deliver noticeable results. A business typically sees a significant impact only after at least 3 months of continuous effort. This is due to the nature of building a brand’s online presence, optimizing ads, and driving engagement.
Partial Refunds After 3 Months
If after 3 months of working together, the campaign does not show expected improvements or perform as per agreed expectations, we will refund 50% of the fees paid for the 3-month period. The client must have followed all guidelines and participated fully for this refund policy to apply. Non-cooperation, as outlined in Section 2, voids eligibility for this refund.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
The client has fully cooperated and provided necessary information on a daily basis.
The client has adhered to ExpanGo’s guidelines and suggestions throughout the campaign.
After a minimum of 3 months of continuous digital marketing efforts, the results are unsatisfactory as per the agreed metrics.
No Refunds for Immediate Results Expectations
Digital marketing is a long-term strategy, and expecting immediate or short-term results is unrealistic. No refunds will be provided for clients who demand early results within the first 1-2 months of the campaign, as the full benefits often begin to manifest only after 3 months of consistent effort.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via email at Contact@expango.com with the details of your request. Our team will review your case and determine if a refund is warranted based on the conditions outlined above. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the end of the 3-month campaign period.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
Changes to the Refund Policy
ExpanGo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
